The Greek philosopher Aristotle famously remarked ,"Therefore, even the lover of myth is in a sense a philosopher; for myth is composed of wonders."

How true he was! Every myth out there has a special story to tell us. They are not stories of ordinary people doing ordinary things, but, amazing stories of extraordinary people doing extraordinary things in an exemplary manner.

The world of myths is a world full of magic, gods, goddesses, heroes and wonder. A world where every aspect of the universe like the earth, the sky, the moon, the planets can all be alive and all of nature's creation like animals and plants, birds and streams are personified as living creatures with individual personalities and emotions that they have a need to express freely.

Myths and fairytales are often confused with each other however, there is a HUGE difference. While fairytales glorify the world through rose tinted glasses and end with a "happily ever after", myths bring to the fore lessons about the harsh reality of life.
