The Rainbow Dreamer
A world full of voyagers, all children of the earth.
Among them, who stays asleep,
And who dares to sail the ship of the dreamer?
Who could it be?
Perhaps, the red dreamer.
Full of passion and courage,
Their resolve as strong as fire,
Bold with every advance - a leader
Maybe, the orange dreamer.
The world is their playground,
With limitless creativity, full of innovation,
No lens could withhold their wonder – a visionary
Possibly, the yellow dreamer.
Eyes as bright as light, with hope in every step
Spreading warmth and joy with every action,
Forever steady with unparalleled grace – an optimist
Feasibly, the green dreamer.
Calm, collected, grounded, always ready to lend a hand,
Ever evolving growth, patience steadfast,
Dedicated to the balance of life – a nurturer
Perchance, the blue dreamer.
Introspection through reflection, clarity of oneself,
Life an odyssey, guided by truth,
Peaceful in every way – a seeker
Haply, the indigo dreamer.
Innate intuition, words wise,
Understanding the soul’s voice with profound depth,
Verity their guide – a mystic
Peradventure, the violet dreamer.
Defies the mundane, exceeds the tangible,
Infinite notions to delve into,
Pathfinder of novel spheres – an explorer
Or…Could it be, the rainbow dreamer?
A unique blend of all, the widest spectrum possible,
Fusion and expansion, all in one,
Neverending horizons, no obstacle too hard to overcome.
Matters not - which dreamer you might be,
Matters only, that you dream.
How else would YOU unveil
The mysteries of the world’s vast sea?
THOUGHTS BEHIND "THE RAINBOW DREAMER"
I have always believed that dreamers shape the world. The ones who dare to imagine, to create, and to push beyond limits are the ones who bring new ideas to life. This poem is a tribute to them—those who follow their own path, despite what society expects, and make something meaningful and worthwhile out of their dreams.
Each colour in the poem represents a different kind of dreamer. Some are bold and fearless, leading the way. Others are creative, full of new ideas. Some bring hope and warmth, while others seek truth and understanding. But in the end, there is the rainbow dreamer—someone who embraces every part of life, never limited to just one way of thinking.
But more than anything, I wrote this poem for myself. I wanted to dream freely, to believe that nothing is impossible. Too often, we are told what we can or cannot do, but I wanted to remind myself—and anyone who reads this—that dreaming is the first step to making things real.
This poem is a reminder that no matter who we are, dreaming helps us discover our path. And no matter what kind of dreamer we may be, the most important thing is that we never stop dreaming.
